Turbo Air Refrigerator Not Cooling. The compressor seems to be cycling on every few minutes for about 10 seconds and then quits. If the refrigerator has just been serviced, it could still be in a diagnostic mode:
Turn the control up all the way and tap on it. If the refrigerator is not cold enough there might be something caught in the condenser fan motor blade, or the condenser fan motor might be defective. Make sure the evap fan runs when it's supposed to be running.
